Pull at the moment of listing
Photograph → list → immediately move to the online holding area. It never goes back to the floor while live.

Make it un-sellable to floor staff
A clearly marked "ONLINE — DO NOT SELL" zone keeps a cashier from ringing up an item already promised online.

Unsold items can come back — but only after the online listing is ended. Never live in two places at once.

Number your storage
Label bins A-01, A-02… Cheap wire shelving + a label maker is the whole setup. Oversized items get a zone code like BACK-1.

Put the bin code in the SKU field
Enter it in eBay's Custom label (SKU). It rides along on the packing slip — when it sells, the location is right in front of you.

Sells → read the SKU → walk to that bin → pack → ship. No hunting.

Free the bin when it ships
Bins cycle continuously — you only need as many as items you keep listed at once.
